Global Talent Mentoring

Global Talent Mentoring™ is a new, exciting online platform launching in late 2020. The online platform will provide exceptionally talented and motivated youth with the opportunity to cultivate their talents in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medical sciences).

Through one-on-one and group mentoring, internationally leading experts in STEMM will guide students on an individualized path to excellence. A distinctive feature of Global Talent Mentoring™ is that it will be based on sound, scientific research practice.

Global Awards

Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Distinguished Academic Performance has been offering educational awards since the year 1998. Since the inaugural year, Hamdan Foundation’s varied awards have undergone significant developments and expansions at the local, regional and international level. In 2008, for example, the Hamdan Foundation inaugurated the UNESCO-Hamdan Prize to support and enhance best practice strategies in teaching and learning on a global scale.

1st World Giftedness Center International Conference

From 2-5 November 2021, Expo2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will host the World Giftedness Center International Conference. The World Giftedness Center will officially launch during the conference as an initiative by the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation. The conference will bring together world-renowned researchers and practitioners from across several countries. While scholars will showcase cutting-edge research findings from the fields of gifted education and talent development, practitioners responsible for the implementation of excellent giftedness initiatives will demonstrate best practice examples. Among researchers and practitioners alike, the event will facilitate an exchange of ideas and experiences through both meaningful discussions, and via a diversity of workshops concerned with the most pressing topics in gifted education and talent development.
